The College known as Muslim Girls Degree College was established in July 1995 by Anjuman-Moin-ut-Tulba, Bulandshahr, an association for promoting and popularizing religious and secular education among the Muslim inhabitants of Bulandshahr district The Anjuman is a registered and recognized body by the state government. Late Haji Raunaq Ali Khan was the founder President and Late Haji Abdul Shahid khan was the Manager/Secretary of the College at that time. Prof. J.A. Khan, Retd. Head B.Ed Dept. was the founder Principal of the college.

The College is an under-graduate college having seven faculties namely Hindi, English, Urdu, Histroy, Political Science, Sociology and Home Science The college is affiliated to Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut and the College got permanent recognition from the government in July 2006. At Present Al-Haj Rashid Ali Khan is the President and Al-Haj Abdul Hakim Advocate is the Manager of the College. The Management Committee has got approved by the University.
